How To Get Your Prescriptions Delivered With GoGo:

Step 1: Call your pharmacy to confirm that your prescription is ready for pick-up. Let your pharmacist know you’ll be having someone pick it up on your behalf and that they can call you if they have questions.

Step 2: Call us toll-free at 1 (855) 464-6872  and Press 0 to be connected to one of our operators 7 days a week from 9:00 AM EST to 10:00 PM EST.

Step 3: We will give you an ETA once your driver is on the way!

For medication pickups, what does the driver need from me?
They will need to know your first and last name, phone number, date of birth, and home address.

Can the driver take my credit/debit card to pay for my medication?
We strongly suggest calling the pharmacy to have your card on file, so it is paid for at the moment of pick-up, for safety purposes.

How long will it take the driver to get me my medication from the pharmacy?
It depends on driver availability, distance, and how long it takes to claim your medication, but many of our customers receive their delivery within a few hours of requesting it.

Sometimes after a doctor’s appointment, new prescriptions are filled for you at your local pharmacy, like CVS or Walgreens. You know you need to start adhering to your new medications, but don’t have a way to pick them up on the same day. Or maybe a medication you take regularly has been refilled and is ready for pick-up, but you hadn’t planned on making the trip that day. Please note: We cannot deliver narcotics. We recommend you call your pharmacy and handle the payment for the medication ahead of time. We’ll then confirm some account details with you and find a driver to pick up the medication and other items from the pharmacy. We will let you know the driver’s ETA and stay in contact with you about the status of your delivery.

INSTRUCTIONS + DRIVER MATCHING

Are there any specific pick-up and delivery instructions for the driver?
We match your request to a driver who is nearby and able to fulfill your delivery.
The driver will head to your pharmacy and wait until the medication is handed to them

SERVICE IS PARAMOUNT

If there is missing medication, there are two options: ask users to reorder and pick it up again, or transfer to supervisor for disputes
