About the role
This role focuses on building and scaling core systems behind a concierge operations platform, including partner integrations and reliability-critical workflows. You’ll work closely with the founders, ship meaningful features weekly, and own architecture and product direction—not just tickets.
What you’ll do:
- Build and scale backend services and APIs (REST + GraphQL).
- Design data models and workflows in MySQL for operational reliability and speed.
- Integrate and maintain partner APIs (rides, delivery, etc.) with production-grade observability and error handling.
- Contribute across the stack when needed (Vue.js is a plus).
Requirements & logistics
- 6+ years of professional experience (primarily Node.js and Vue.js).
- Strong Node.js + TypeScript experience.
- Fully remote, with ability to work US timezone or at least 4+ hours overlap with mainland US.
- Compensation listed as $100k–$160k (based on location, experience, and seniority).
