Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for GoGoGrandparent’s Home Services department, a strategic bet that could dramatically impact the future of the company. This is a 0 to 1 role where you will have broad autonomy over helping to build this “business within a business”. This role drives the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer research, market analysis, planning, requirements development, and launch, with the goal of growing adoption, repeat usage, and trust in Home Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and development roadmaps for Home Services.
  • Build product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI for Home Services initiatives.
  • Design and optimize the customer journey.
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover pain points and prioritize service categories (e.g., cleaning, handyman, yard-work, personal assistant, caregiver).
  • Analyze funnel metrics, cohort retention, and repeat usage to guide growth strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle product development in a non-managerial role.
  • Highly competent in writing SQL queries to generate and explore data.
  • Data analysis experience, able to crunch numbers in spreadsheets comfortably to assist with decision making.
  • Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives).
  • Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Paid Search Marketing Manager

Company Background

GoGoGrandparent’s (GoGo’s) mission is to help older adults live independently in their home for as long as possible. We do that by tailoring existing on demand applications like Uber and DoorDash to the needs of people living with mobility, visual, cognitive and dexterity impairments. Our service is a virtual caregiver that monitors the instrumental activities of daily living (mobility, meals, groceries, medication delivery & home management) for tens of thousands of older adults around the United States. Our team of 600 is operating profitably & has not raised venture capital financing to date. The company was started in 2016 and inspired by the cofounder’s grandmother, who still uses us to this day.

Job Summary

GoGo has seen significant growth across new channels, services, and audiences. We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead high-scale SEM programs across Google and Bing Ads. You’ll play a key role in owning and driving growth by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and scaling across campaigns and services. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who’s analytical and creative.

This is a fully remote position but must be based in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns.
  • Optimize and scale large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using available tools and data, and drawing actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Proactively create and maintain clear campaign roadmaps, prioritizing optimization and growth opportunities across channels and services.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimizing funnel steps including calls, leads, and registrations.
  • Own paid search results and SEM marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams.

Skills & Qualifications

The best candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of deep hands-on experience managing paid search and performance marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding or experience with subscription business models.
  • Experience messaging and marketing to seniors or family of seniors.
  • General SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Tableau.

Compensation

Average U.S. salary range is $95,000 to $135,000 with commensurating experience.

Also may be eligible for year-end bonus up to 10% based on meeting individual & company metrics.

Backend & Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

This role focuses on building and scaling core systems behind a concierge operations platform, including partner integrations and reliability-critical workflows. You’ll work closely with the founders, ship meaningful features weekly, and own architecture and product direction—not just tickets.​

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale backend services and APIs (REST + GraphQL).​
  • Design data models and workflows in MySQL for operational reliability and speed.​
  • Integrate and maintain partner APIs (rides, delivery, etc.) with production-grade observability and error handling.​
  • Contribute across the stack when needed (Vue.js is a plus).​

Requirements & logistics

  • 6+ years of professional experience (primarily Node.js and Vue.js).​
  • Strong Node.js + TypeScript experience.​
  • Fully remote, with ability to work US timezone or at least 4+ hours overlap with mainland US.​
  • Compensation listed as $100k–$160k (based on location, experience, and seniority).​

  • Frontend: Vue.js (nice to have).​
