The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for GoGoGrandparent’s Home Services department. This role drives the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer research, market analysis, planning, requirements development, and launch, with the goal of growing adoption, repeat usage, and trust in Home Services.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and development roadmaps for Home Services.
- Build product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI for Home Services initiatives.
- Design and optimize the customer journey.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover pain points and prioritize service categories (e.g., cleaning, handyman, yardwork).
- Analyze funnel metrics, cohort retention, and repeat usage to guide growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle product development in a nonmanagerial role.
- Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives)
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly competent in writing SQL queries and analyzing data to assist with decision making.
