Requesting a ride with GoGo usually is pretty easy, just call us with a pickup address and destination then wait for your ride to come. With airports, it works a little differently because airports have regulations on where ridesharing rides can pick up passengers. Different airports have different rules regarding these ridesharing or Transportation Network Companies (TNC) pickups, but don't fret because we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.


Find Your Pickup Zone

Each airport has a different designated "Rideshare Pickup" zone which you will go to for a GoGo requested trips. Because all airports come in different shapes and sizes, pickup zones vary depending on which airport you get picked up at. By asking airport staff or calling one of our operators, finding the appropriate "Rideshare Pickup" zone can be made a breeze. We recommend locating this "Rideshare Pickup" zone before requesting a ride.

Call When You're Ready To Ride

Due to the nature of flights sometimes having delays, we recommend calling for an on-demand ride instead of scheduling a pickup from an airport ahead of time. This will ensure ample time to find the pickup zone and avoid potential issues with flight delays.

Help Your Driver Find You

When speaking with our operator, give key details on where to locate you such as what terminal you are in front of or a unique piece of clothing you are wearing. This will help make the process smoother for both you and your driver.
